Territory and Third Mission

Terza Missione

The Third Mission represents the commitment of the School of Aerospace Engineering to make innovation and research available to society by actively engaging with it, thus contributing to socio-economic, cultural, and scientific development.

Among the many facets of the Third Mission, the School is actively involved in the following activities:

Technology Transfer:

Galaxia Project – Sapienza, as a scientific promoter, has launched an internal scouting activity to identify the best research projects in the aerospace sector. Professor A. Ingenito supported the project proposed by the Space Frontier Team, who won the call for proposals and will collaborate long-term with the School of Aerospace Engineering.
