Learning objectives
This Course provides basic knowledge of the environment of space debris in Earth orbit , with particular regard  to space debris modeling and space debris prevention. The topics presented are: Techniques for Prevention of creation of space debris, Models of current and future space debris environment,  Systems of measurement and characterization of space debris, Prevention of Damage by space debris,  Methods for Risk Analysis of Impact for Operational missions and risk on ground.
